Sad to say but personal reasons have left me looking to sell First Command (formerly Phat). My wife and I are about to buy a house, and our free time over the past two seasons has not allowed us to enjoy her properly. I can tell you that since 2016 I have cared for this boat and would like to find someone to carry on loving and sailing her. Over the past 5 years I have made a few major updates and upgrades listed below. I am looking for a reasonable price, around 24k obo. She is in the water at Herrington Harbour South (slip I-09), with a slip paid until 1 Apr 2022. Please let me know if you want to take a look, need more pictures, or want to go for a sail. I also have a 1999 walker bay 8.5ft hard dinghy available as a bonus item if desired.

    Updates (details below):

New: Sail and stack pack, 3 batteries, Rocna anchor, smart plug shore power, raritan PHII manual head, complete fresh water system and pump, stove, VHF and stereo, topping lift and wishbone hangers, raw water pump, prop, GFCI outlets, all LED interior lights.

    Refurbished: main hatch, autohelm
