This is delightful boat to sail and cruise but I finally have to recognize I am not going to use it as I had hoped. It’s time for a new owner to take the helm.
During the four years I've owned and sailed her I’ve added:
Solar Panel 20W 12V Monocrystalline with 10A Solar Charger. Keeps batteries charged through winter and sailing season.
Included are a cockpit mounted depth gauge and compass, a fixed mount VHF radio, two cockpit cushions. The knot meter is not working.
Also included is a complete Sailrite bimini kit including stainless steel tubes for framing.
Boat has been pulled and covered every winter as shown in photo.
The bottom has just been sanded and repainted.
Boot stripe has also been repainted.
It looks great in the pictures but is not in "Bristol" condition. It has various dings, small, filled in holes and such. Exterior varnish is in poor condition except for the two drop boards I spent 2 weeks refinishing.
No known big problems.
If you have a buyer that needs a trailer, I have a custom built for N22 trailer for sale. It's in the "Items For Sale" section.
That could make a difference. Apparently shipping has gone way up because of, yeah, Covid. Lot of early retirements of drivers.
Sorry for the omission, I am located in Punta Gorda Fl 33950, between Sarasota and Fort Myers.
I joined the INA a few months ago after I got the boat in the water.
I used to sail out of Havre De Grace, in fact on a recent visit there I spotted a N22 in the same marina that I used to be located.
Good luck on selling your boat. Are you planning another?
Oh I forgot, I wanted to ask about your sail cover. Is it from Mack sails?
No, he's a guy from Kent Island, across Bay from Annapolis. But I think he needs boat to be in vicinity. Does excellent work. I can't find details. Try Butch Garren.
And to reply to your earlier message: I've moved "back" to a trimaran (had one 15 years ago and loved it). No interior comforts but a joy to sail and fast. I like fast :-)
