I have sailed this shoal draft (4') Nonsuch on Chesapeake Bay since 2004 and have maintained it diligently. Repairs and upgrades include a new sail cover (2018), new dodger (2015), main halyard and second reef lines, forward cabin sole (2019), sea water and fresh water pumps, engine exhaust elbow and hose, drain valve sea water strainer, all motor mounts, cockpit drain hoses, battery cables and switch, fuel lines and valve, Racor 500 fuel filter, shore power battery charger, bilge pump, water pressure pump, heat exchanger cap and gaskets, Richie compass reconditioned, fuel pump, inverter.
The engine is a Westerbeke 27, which is in very good condition. The boat has a Max Prop.
Numerous spare parts go with the boat, e.g., 18 volt angle drill (for raising the sail), spare 10 kg Bruce anchor, lunch anchor, spare engine parts, dock lines, fenders, original sail, etc.
