There are a number of sources for teak and holly plywood. If you search Google for "teak and holly plywood many sources come up. Look for one that is geographically close to you.
My cabin sole had some issues due to leaks from various places. Due to a leaky deck, hatch and foot pump the section by the galley was delaminated to the point where I had to get rid of it. Rather than replacing it with a piece of teak and holly. I commissioned a young artist to paint a picture of my boat for that spot. The picture depicts a NS 26 under sail on a cloudy day. I covered the portrait with two coats of clear West System Epoxy. It looks great and provides an interesting talking point. The remainder of the cabin sole looks good from standing height. Not great, but good. I can live with that.
