Cattitude is a fossil-free all-electric shoal draft 1986 Nonsuch 26 Ultra. Purchased by us in 2014 we upgraded the decks, coachroof and cockpit surfaces and fittings in 2015. In 2016 we replaced the diesel engine with an electric motor and gear reduction box for propulsion and batteries and solar panels and an inverter/charger for power and replaced the propane stovetop system with a dual induction hotplate for cooking.

Significant improvements every year included new upolstery, a dingy tow system, stackpack, winter cover and frame, full enclosure for cockpit with windows and screens all around, a swim platform, etc.

After 7 years sailing Cattitude at RCYC in Toronto we re-located to Bay Port Yachting Centre in Midland in 2021 and spent the first season in Georgian Bay and the last two summers touring the amazing North Channel.

Finally we are recognizing that we are getting too old for these adventures and are open to enquiries about selling Cattitude.

Hi Mark,

I have both! The 26 I purchased this past spring and did a refresh of all her systems. She was on the hard for 10 years so she needed a lot. The 30 is now undergoing a complete refit and full deck replacement as she was on the hard for 14 years without a cover. If you would like to chat about either my cell is 416-573-0413 regards Ian
