    We have flown bloopers in the past. See attached photo.

     A couple observations:

    First, you took a simple boat and made it complicated.

    Second, The mast shape gets really weird. Not good                       above 10 knots.

    Third, The rating hit was about 6 sec per mile. Not worth it.

    Does anyone have any experience of using a downwind spinnaker or code zero on an Ultra 30. I assume a bowsprit would be necessary.
