Boat is in good condition.  Recent work includes new batteries, running rigging, water pump, AC charger repair.  Canvas is newer with stack pack - style sail cover and dodger.  Sail in good condition.  

Selling as I am upgrading to a 30' Nonsuch.  I have owned for only 1 year.  I can provide a 2022 survey to those interested.
