A very reasonable price for a Solid Nonsuch 30 Classic with recent Electric Yacht Company motor conversion in 2025. Has 6 LiFePO batteries for a total of 450 Amp-hours. Many upgrades to the boat have been made. Great for daysails and overnights. No diesel maintenance. Great for the grandkids!

The following is a partial list:
New EY 10 Amp motor (professionally installed)
New running rigging, including reefing lines x 2, in Summer 2024 (rigger installed)
New Blue Sea A/C and D/C panels (professionally installed)
New bulkhead for panels (professionally installed).
New A/C charger for batteries (professionally installed)
2 solar panels (not installed)
New swim platform (spring 2025).
New sink with a new faucet.

Presently has an older but functional sail. I have a minimally used 2-year-old Quantum sail with Tides track slides and Tides track not yet installed. The asking price includes both sails. I am listing the sail and track separately. If they are sold, the price will go down to $9900. 

The previous propane system was removed along with the stove and oven. Have a used 2-burner Origo alcohol stove to install this spring.
The propane water heater had also been removed along with the hot water lines.

The previous owner removed the holding tank, and it now features a composting toilet. There are two
25-gallon fresh-water tanks (polyethylene) installed. New pump for the freshwater system. (Only cold water)
