Altair is a 1984 Nonsuch 30U.  The U is the desirable ‘Ultra’ layout with forward Pullman-style berth.

She is in ‘good condition’.  Has been updated with numerous items.  But also needs some cosmetic TLC (e.g. wood finishes, etc.).  Deck is solid.  Powered by Westerbeke 27A Diesel (~3100 Hours) that was serviced this year.

Just completed a round-trip to Eastern Long Island.  She performed great on the trip.  Selling as the family is getting bigger.

Have survey available from 2023.
